REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At Luzzio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected or you simply do not like the product, you are eligible to request a refund.
Please note the following:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You will receive a full refund for the returned item.

KOKO & Mintpay Orders: A 2.5% processing/service fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the payment provider's charges.

Return Fee: A small return fee will be charged to cover the delivery cost of getting the product back to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and without damage, stains, or alterations.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
