How to Request an Exchange
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Our team will review your request and arrange the exchange.
Exchange Process

The courier will collect your item after your request is approved.

Once received, we will inspect the item.

If approved, your replacement will be delivered to your doorstep.
Exchange Fee:

Rs. 450 – Item pickup

Rs. 450 – Delivery of replacement

Total Exchange Fee: Rs. 900
Exchange Conditions

Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

No signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.

Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:

You may request an exchange or size replacement.

If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.

If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.
