How to Request an Exchange

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via:

Our team will review your request and arrange the exchange.

Exchange Process

• The courier will collect your item after your request is approved.

• Once received, we will inspect the item.

• If approved, your replacement will be delivered to your doorstep.

Exchange Fee:

• Rs. 450 – Item pickup

• Rs. 450 – Delivery of replacement

• Total Exchange Fee: Rs. 900

Exchange Conditions

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

• No signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage.

• Original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Sale or promotional items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

• Customized or personalized items

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

• You may request an exchange or size replacement.

• If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.

• If it costs less, the balance will be refunded.

• If you prefer not to replace it, you may request a full refund.

Luzzio reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
